Mark Traeger– President
Mark is an investor, project consultant and solutions engineer. Previously he managed marketing, technology research and product delivery teams at Dell Computer Corporation. As a founding member of the Rugby Foundation Mark shared the dream to advance the fellowship, community spirit and good deeds of the sport of rugby by establishing a permanent field and home in Austin from which local youth and adult rugby players could organize and give back to the community. He began playing rugby in 1987 in San Antonio for Alamo city where he helped develop their current rugby field. Mark continues to play rugby with the Austin Huns men’s team and the senior level Silverback team. He has served in several elected positions on the boards of the Alamo City RFC and the Huns RFC. Mark serves on the Board of the Moore-Weis Children's Center of Austin and has a BBA in management and marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Jack Bloom – Vice President

Al Garcia – Vice President of Operations
Al is a Program Manager at Intel Corporation. Al is also a former President of the Austin Huns Rugby club where he oversaw the capital improvement project at Burnet Middle School which is the Huns current practice facility. Bringing together Private and public entities to add over $50K worth of improvements in Burnet MS allowed the Huns to enjoy a top notch practice facility as well as receive a nomination by the Austin Partners in Education as the newcomer of the year category at their annual banquet. Al also oversaw and personally managed the United States Rugby Under 19 Girls selection camp that was held at Burnet MS and hosted by the Austin Huns for three years starting in 2002. Al is a certified coach and is passionate about promoting youth rugby through the Huns organization. Al coached the Lanier HS rugby team and acted as assistant coach for the Burnet Middle school team. Al volunteers as a mentor for young minority students and has spoken at various education events to promote Math and Science careers to local minority students. Al has a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas and San Antonio and resides in Austin with his wife Jenny and their two children.

Terry Nixon - Treasurer
Terry Nixon is the founder and owner of Texas Media Systems. Terry is a founding board member of the Rugby Foundation and former Huns RFC member. He has lived in Austin since 1987, has been married for 17 years and has two young sons.

Dr. Mitch Pryor - Secretary
Dr. Pryor is a faculty member in the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Texas at Austin where he is also the Program Manager for the Robotics Research Group which employs 20 Graduate Research Assistants and averages over $1M/year in funding secured from DOE, DARPA, Office of Naval Research, the National Science Foundation to perform fundamental research in robotics and related areas. Mitch holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from SMU in 1995 and earned his doctorate from UT in 2002. He has served as the advisor for the Society for Women's Engineers and helps organize a variety of technology tours and presentations for young students every year including the Austin Children's Museum and local schools. Mitch was a founding member of the Rugby Foundation and was president of a local rugby club, the Austin Huns from 1997 to 1999.
